Taking into account the state of the art, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risks of loss, unauthorized access, disclosure of data and other unauthorized alteration of personal data. We make sure that your Personal Data are processed only by employees, who are authorized and are familiar with applicable personal data protection rules.

  • Email based (office 365)

on our server located in Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Storage Systems.

WHAT IS THE RETENTION PERIOD?

When we no longer need to use your Personal Data and they are not needed for any legal or regulatory obligations, we will erase any existing copy or use any anonymization technique in order to irreversibly prevent identification so that we can’t identify you.
